Julie Lawrence named Business Manager of ICBU

Ms. Julie Lawrence has been named the Business Manager of E-merging Technologies Group, Inc.'s Intelligence Community Business Unit. Ms. Lawrence has nearly 20 years of experience in government contracting. In recent years, she has specialized in staffing and managing contracts supporting the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Counterterrorism Center, the National Security Agency, the Department of State and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

Prior to joining E-merging Technologies Group, Ms. Lawrence served as Business Manager of the Threat Integration Division at Science Applications International Corporation and as a Biometrics Analyst at the National Counterterrorism Center. As a Hiring Manager, Ms. Lawrence was responsible for staffing one of the Intelligence Community's largest Intelligence Analysis and Mission Support contracts.

Ms. Lawrence is a trained Directorate of Intelligence Analyst and Collection Management Officer as well as a staffing and sales professional.
