E-merging Technologies Group Invited to Great Lakes Fusion Center Pilot Project

E-merging Technologies Group, Inc. attended a technical working session with the State of Ohio's Homeland Security Team at the Ohio Strategic Analysis and Information Center (SAIC) in Columbus, Ohio. The main objective of this session was to discuss Business Continuity Planning dealing with natural disasters, infrastructure interruptions and terrorist threats.

Invited guests included representatives from DHS, State of Ohio Homeland Security, Ohio National Guard, TSA and various law enforcement agencies. Private sector representatives included Wal*Mart, GM, AEP, Ford, Cardinal Health, Target, The Limited and many other Fortune 250 companies.
