DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE
With nearly 50% of our personnel who proudly served in our armed forces, we are driven by our firm's trademarked identifying phrase, Serving America...Once Again™.
With extensive and broad expertise in the Department of Defense Military Pay/Human Resource systems and Financial Management systems, E-merging Technologies Group, Inc.'s Department of Defense Business Unit is actively involved in supporting significant DoD initiatives.
For the past four years, E-merging Technologies Group, Inc. has been providing senior functional and technical leadership to the Defense Integrated Military Human Resource System (DIMHRS) Program primed by Northrop Grumman Information Technology.
The DIMHRS Program represents the largest and most complex ERP system (human resource and payroll system) ever attempted by the federal government with a target simultaneous user population of 80,000 users globally servicing 3.1 million members of the US Armed Forces. E-merging Technologies Group has been an extremely active team member successfully identifying, recruiting, proposing, and placing highly qualified and technically skilled employees in response to DIMHRS task orders. DIMHRS frequently requires resources and staffing involving rare technical capabilities and experience. Throughout the DIMHRS Program, E-merging Technologies Group has repeatedly identified candidates with critical technical skills, rapidly hired them, and delivered them on contract quickly to support customer requirements. E-merging Technologies Group has adeptly used its advantages as a small business to effectively and productively respond to our customers' staffing needs.
E-merging Technologies Group, Inc. implemented Oracle Human Resources Management System software for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC). Customization was leveraged only when extensive cost analysis was performed. Cost analysis was performed by E-merging Technologies Group, Inc.
With its headquarters located in Cleveland, Ohio, E-merging Technologies Group plans to aggressively grow the Department of Defense Business Unit by offering additional support to the DFAS BRAC Transformation Program since Cleveland, nearby Columbus and Indianapolis will evolve into the three major DFAS sites.
As is the case for all of the E-merging Technologies Group business units, our expertise is driven from our knowledge base gained from our client engagement experiences. E-merging Technologies Group looks forward to continuing our support of DoD's 21st Century War Fighter initiatives.
