Compensation

  • Competitive salary package

  • 128 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO)

  • A portion of PTO awarded the date of hire

  • Additional PTO granted annually after four years of employment

  • Eligible to carry over up to 60 hours at the end of the fiscal year

  • PTO carried over and not used in first quarter is paid out in cash to employee

  • Ten paid Federal holidays

  • Spot bonuses based on strong performance and recognition

  • Up to 100% premium coverage towards medical, dental, and vision plans

  • National Preferred Provider – Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield

  • Two separate plans to choose from which helps minimize direct costs to our employee
