ETG has done it again! For the 4th consecutive year, ETG has landed on the Inc. 5000 list, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. ETG’s 2011 overall ranking placed the firm in the top 30%, joining Spirit Airlines, television maker Vizio and Dunkin Donuts. Segmented into the Government Services Industry, ETG placed 141st overall and 3rd in Ohio, where the firm is headquartered. In a stagnant economic environment, ETG more than doubled the median growth rate for the Inc. 500|5000 honorees. For the 3rd consecutive year, E-merging Technologies Group has been a recipient of the NEO Success Award. This award was established in 1995 as a way to showcase the top businesses in Northeast Ohio. Winners reflect the region’s determination to expand and revitalize its economic status. The NEO Success Award is unique in its combined measurement of business success in sales, growth and profitability. To earn this award, a company had to show growth in revenue or employee count over the previous three years. E-merging Technologies Group demonstrated a 47.2% growth in revenue and 98.6% increase in employee growth.

For the 3rd consecutive year, ETG has been acknowledged as one of the fastest growing companies in Northeast Ohio. The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University uses a ranking system that reviews the companies last 5 years of growth. As a privately held company, displaying a growth 599%, ETG ranked 6th for 2010. With Headquarters in Cleveland, OH, ETG is again proud to be recognized by this distinguished regional award.

Washington Technology’s Fast 50 — 2009

E-merging Technologies Group has been ranked the 37th fastest growing small business in the Government IT arena by Washington Technology, the leading national newspaper for Government IT Systems Integrators and Resellers. E-merging Technologies Group’s impressive compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 75.8% contributed to the award where the rankings were based on percentage growth of government revenue over a period of five years from 2004 – 2008.

2009 Best of Cleveland Award — 2009

Emerging Technologies Group has been selected for the 2009 Best of Cleveland Award in the Systems Integration Services category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA).

The USCA “Best of Local Business” Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.

Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2009 USCA Award Program focused on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USCA and data provided by third parties.

Security and Installation Operations Directorate (SI) – 2007

Annually, the SI Awards and Recognition Program will recognize exceptional contributions of contractor individuals and teams. These accolades are intended to foster and reinforce a proactive, forward looking organizational culture, as outlined by the SI Mission Statement and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s (NGA) Strategic Vision. Nominations of contractors can only be made by government employees, and only when the contractor has significantly exceeded express or implied contract requirements. The awards are based on an adherence to the pursuit of being the best, being the first, and being effective in mission accomplishment. The award honors those individuals or teams that have made an exceptional contribution toward the achievement of NGA and SI goals and objectives; while reflecting commitment, personal integrity, self-motivation and professionalism.

SBN/Anthem Innovation in Business Conference – Rising Star Award — 2002

Co-developed by SBN and founding sponsor Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Ohio, the Innovation in Business Conference is designed to honor those companies and individuals who eat, sleep and breathe innovation. Rather than judge a company based strictly on its revenue or profits, the Innovation in Business awards are about those people whose drive to stay one step ahead of the competition is almost as strong as their wonder at developing new processes, products and services.
